"A group of friends and I had the amazing opportunity to stay in this beautiful coastal home in the fall of 2019. The home sits right on the rocks of coastal York and the unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean are truly incredible! The house was very clean, beautifully furnished, fully equipped and it felt like home! We spent most nights outside, cozied up to the fire pit overlooking the ocean. The house is located close to the local shops and boutiques as well as great local restaurants. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely be back with either friends or my family!"

"My friends and I chose this property for a week long stay to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we are so glad we did! The house was bright, extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The views were absolutely spectacular. Situated right "on the rocks," my husband was actually able to catch fish for us to eat for dinner! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Nubble Lighthouse and a little further to Short Sands Beach, where there are lots of shops and restaurants to pop into. We had an amazing trip and cannot wait to visit again!"

Love it here! This property has it all. A beautiful home with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean located on Nubble Road. The interior is completely updated with bright beautiful rooms and brand new furniture throughout. There’s plenty of room for sleeping with three bedrooms in the main house and an additional private separate apartment. Outside in the yard enjoy your morning coffee or an evening watching a beautiful sunset on one of two patios. You can watch the lobsterman bring up their daily catch and the waves crashing over the cliff rocks. Within walking distance is the historic Nubble lighthouse and plenty of restaurants and shopping. You can enjoy two beaches at Long Sands and Short Sands also within walking distance. My husband and I have stayed at this property several times and it is truly amazing, one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. We are definitely coming back this summer.
